Here is a list of our drop-in classes. If you're new and just starting out, then you are welcome to take the Intro to Pole, however it is not required! Feel free to start there or branch out jump right in to our other beginner or all level classes anytime!

♥ Belly Dance ~ This all level belly dance class teaches the ancient yet functional art form women used to tone their stomachs after birth. Challenge yourself and find your inner goddess. Comfortable clothes such as yoga pants and form fitting t-shirt or tank-top.![]()
♥ Climbs I & II™ ~ We'll guarantee this is the funnest way to build upper body strength when you learn 4 different climbs in this beginner level class toning arms, back and shoulders. We top it off with four different moves to do on the pole once you get up there, including how to come down gracefully as you develop muscle control and continue to lean and tone the upper body, back and arms. ![]()
♥ Dance Aspect™ ~ You will learn dance moves in this amazing class which is great for cardio and weight loss. Whether you're a beginner or an intermediate level student, you can take your time in this comfortable 4 person class as you explore the fundamentals of the actual pole dance aspect. Dance aspect is unique and different than spins, climbs, or any of our other classes because it focuses on just dance, and dance alone. You learn how to move confidently around the pole and transition gracefully from one beautiful movement to the next. Students can track their progress with a checklist to see what moves they have left to master! Don't stop till you have all the moves down like a piece of cake! ![]()
♥ Inversions™ ~ No need to share a pole in this class or be an expert to test your strength as you turn your world upside down and flip your body into an inversion on the pole for an amazing ab workout! ![]()
♥ Sex Kitten Private Dance™ ~ This is a dance for HIM. Have fun and spice up your life by learning some sensual moves you can do at home without a pole for someone special on a birthday, holiday, anniversary or just a Saturday night. You'll be thanking us for years after the event! Take this class several times until the moves come easily and you can do it without even thinking about it so you are focused on your partner and not your nerves! ![]()
♥ Spins™ ~ You will have plenty of time to practice and learn spins in this integrated class which takes on the atmosphere of a private group lesson and open pole. With just 4 students per session in every class, beginners get their start and if you're a more established student, you can review our progress checklist and pick the moves you want to learn, review and focus on. Keep going until you can check off all spins because in a class this small, each girl will be taught individually according to her level as the instructor alternates as needed from group instruction to making her way around the class to meet and personalize your learning needs. ![]()
